We love students, and we love you, their adult leaders, also! You are the ones God uses to make a spiritual difference in their lives throughout their teenage years and often even into adulthood. And, at YOUTH.OKCHOG, we want you to know that we will be your advocates and stand beside you in your efforts to reach our students.

We know what it’s like to have a passion to reach students, but to have little resources for training, encouragement, ideas and support, often while working a regular part-time or full-time job. That’s why we started UpLink — to give you the training and support you need as you progress through as a part time youth worker/minister or as a youth minister that feels they're in need of a boost. Please allow us to just bless you for all your hard work and dedication to our students.

One-on-One Training - For the youth volunteer, worker, or pastor who desires to move to the next level in his or her ministry or who simply needs some help in overcoming some situation, the YOUTH.OKCHOG Leadership Team want to walk with you at such a time. YOUTH.OKCHOG Leaders desire to help the local youth pastor maximize his life and ministry and to fully accomplish the call of God on his life. Through our One-on-One training, our Leadership team will be there to help you along the way.

Creative Ministry Development - For the youth volunteer, worker, or pastor who wants to have cutting-edge communication tools and is looking to sharpen the youth group's ability to reach a generation raise on MTV and the internet, the YOUTH.OKCHOG Leadership Team is one of the leading pioneers of creative ministry in the Church of God worldwide. It's our desire to see your ministry become effective in a technologically advanced world, and we believe any church, regardless of their size, can make huge strides towards improving their effectiveness with our assistance.

Ministry Assessment - At YOUTH.OKCHOG, we are constantly looking for ways to be an advocate for you, the local youth worker. Sometimes it's good to have an experienced outsider to come in and see how things are being done to help you see a few things you can improve upon or to help you brainstorm for the future. Let our experienced Leadership Team come visit your church and perform our Ministry Assessment. As partners, we will help you focus on your goals and make sure your ministry is effectively fulfilling its purpose.
